The Farm
The cottage
is in a farm with 250 olive's trees, woods and cultivated fields.
We produce a very flavoured extra vergin olive oil that we make with the
old traditional method.
Tastings
You
will be served a selection of local cheeses and meats, with a growing
series of aromas, from the lightest to the strongest. The cheese and meats
selection will be accompanied with fruit chutneys and home made mustards
and bread baked in the wood oven. The accompanying local wines. At every
tasting, the tasting techniques and the visible, fragrant differences
are explained.
